Ákos Bence Gát
Head of communications and foreign affairs
Bence graduated from Sciences Po Paris, the University of Strasbourg, the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and French School of Administration (ÉNA). The University of Public Service conferred him the title of PhD for his thesis on the legal and political aspects of European rule of law debates. He worked at the Ministry of Justice of Hungary as head of department and political adviser to the minister, and as Member of the Cabinet of the President of the European Parliament. He lectures at the University of Szeged and is researcher at the University of Public Service. His main focus is on French, Hungarian and European politics, his book on European policy on the rule of law has been published in English and Hungarian.
