Zsófia Bódi-Rácz began her professional career at the United Nations (UN), where she represented Hungarian youth as Hungary's UN Youth Delegate from 2017 to 2018. In the summer of 2019, as a "Magyar Foundation Fellowship" grantee, she spent six months researching and working at the Center for European Policy Analysis in Washington, D.C.
Her international advocacy work was later followed by serving the interests of Hungarian youth; from 2020 to 2022, she worked as Deputy State Secretary for Youth Affairs, first at the Ministry of Human Resources and then at the Prime Minister's Office alongside the Minister for Families. From 2022 to 2023, she worked as a Ministerial Commissioner at the Ministry of Territorial Development, led by Tibor Navracsics, where her responsibilities included supporting and facilitating the retention and success of young people in their local communities.
At our institute, her focus remains on supporting youth and nurturing talent, as Zsófia leads and coordinates our internship program, assisting both interns and researchers.
