H.E. Eduard Habsburg-Lothringen

Eduard Habsburg-Lothringen is 59 years old, married and the father of six children. Until 2025, he was, for ten years, Ambassador of Hungary to the Holy See and to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. He has studied in Germany and in Switzerland, and he wrote his thesis on Thomistic philosophy. Before his current position, he was a screenwriter, and a presenter in a TV series, and has worked for five years as the spokesman of Msgr. Klaus Küng, Bishop of St Pölten and "family bishop" of Austria. He has published several novels and books on history and family, his latest books are: Dubbie: The Double-Headed Eagle (2020); The Habsburg Way, 7 Rules for Turbulent Times (2023); Building A Wholesome Family in a Broken World: Habsburg Lessons from the Centuries (2024). He is passionately active on X and currently has more than 100.000 followers. He speaks seven languages: German, English, Italian, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Latin.
