Mario Portella

Fr. Mario Alexis Portella is a priest of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in of Florence, Italy, where he served as Archdiocesan Chancellor. He is also a Visiting Professor of canon law at ITI Catholic University in Trumau, Austria. He is the author of Islam: Religion of Peace?—The Violation of Natural Rights and Western Cover-Up (Westbow Press, 2018). 

He holds a doctorate in canon law and civil law from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome, as well as, an M.A. in Medieval History from Fordham University in New York, and a B.A. In Government and Politics from St. John's University, also in New York.
