The Last Days of Budapest

What better occasion to mark the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Budapest than the launch of Adam LeBor's exciting book, which is also a powerful documentary? Perhaps never before in English has such a thorough account been written, unveiling the last days of a once glorious Budapest and its crippled population, shattered by the Second World War.
