Michael Walsh has a way of understanding music, its tie to a geographic place and time, and the importance of it to us, living in this moment, in this place.
In the midst of his upcoming novel, in which Liszt plays a pivotal role, he brings us an evening of music, interspersed with his unique take on the background of its composers, their interrelationships and how it transcends time to speak to us today.
!! Please note that the event will be held at Béla Bartók Memorial House, which is located in the 2nd district of Budapest. Gate opens: 6:00 P.M. Please arrive on time. !!
Program starts at 6:30 P.M. sharp, followed by a short Reception between 8:30 – 9:00 P.M.
